Access is limited to customers enrolled in the Fraud Victim Assistance Program for confirmed identity fraud who received a User ID and temporary password from our Fraud Recovery Unit. If you do not have an active fraud case, use standard Online Banking — you cannot self-enroll here. Contact the Fraud Recovery Unit at 1-800-555-0147 if you believe you have an open case.
